Martinsons Legal LLP is a boutique law firm based in London and Birmingham specialising in Real Estate, Immigration and Private Client law. The firm was formed by the father and son team of Martin and Michael Wilkes who collectively have a combined experience of over 50 years working in the legal profession.
Our Martinsons team is made up of passionate, hardworking, multi-lingual individuals all of whom have a vast amount of experience in their area of expertise. Our staff have experience of dealing with a diverse range of clients and are used to navigating complex legal matters.
Martinsons is of the belief that the traditional method of law firms charging by the hour simply incentivises slow work and pushes lawyers to prioritise profit over all else. That is why at Martinsons we will always endeavour to give a fixed price at the outset of an instruction or implement a price cap. At all times we are open and transparent to our clients about costs.
